For the production of latex foam bedding components, a mixture of both natural and synthetical latex is used. Artilat use the Dunlop- production process. This production process is used on a carrousel which holds the moulds for latex for latex foam mattresses and pillows. This production process is also used for the production of sheets and rolls of latex foam, made on a continuous line.
